Enter your registered email address and password, then click 'Login to NDAX'. For added security, you may be prompted to enter your two-factor authentication (2FA) code if you have it enabled.
If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot password?' link on the login form. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. We regularly add new digital assets based on market demand and regulatory compliance. All trading pairs are available against Canadian Dollars (CAD) for easy buying and selling.
To enable 2FA, login to your NDAX account and navigate to Security Settings. Click 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication' and choose your preferred method (authenticator app or SMS). If using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy, scan the QR code provided. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator to confirm setup. We strongly recommend using an authenticator app over SMS for enhanced security.
NDAX offers competitive trading fees with a maker-taker fee structure. Maker fees (when you add liquidity to the order book) start at 0.20%, while taker fees (when you remove liquidity) start at 0.40%. Fees decrease based on your 30-day trading volume. There are no fees for CAD deposits via Interac e-Transfer. Withdrawal fees vary by cryptocurrency and are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
